Donna Downs

Donna is a senior change management consultant with varied experience across multiple industries in both Fortune 500 corporations and non-profit organizations. She has proven success in developing effective change leaders, building strong organizational culture, and identifying key business process streamline opportunities. Donna has built a reputation as a trusted business partner who delivers positive results.

Donna brings a diverse background in transformational change strategy and execution having led change both as a business leader in the airline industry and as a seasoned business consultant. She excels at creating strong partnerships with leaders and equipping them to lead their teams effectively through significant organizational change. She thrives on bringing order and predictability to demanding, high-risk situations.

Donna has extensive experience working in the Consumer Goods industry on large-scale global change initiatives. Most recently she led the Change Management work at Newell Rubbermaid. She was responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic change plan for global implementation of SuccessFactors over a two-year period including five HR management tools/modules (Employee Profile, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation, Workforce Analytics). She has also directed the design and development of change plan elements including communication, engagement tactics and training.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University where she graduated Magna cum Laude. She is passionate about continuing her learning and development. She attended the Cornell HR Leadership Development Program—HR and the Law; the CTI Professional Coach Training; and the Delta Internal Change Agent Network (ICAN) Intensive Training.
