Change Leadership Program
Leaders have to prepare themselves to lead through lot of change and disruption. This means inspiring and motivating people, maintaining a focus while staying flexible, and keeping the team moving in the same direction.
Communications and involvement need to become more intentional. This is standard leadership. It’s just a lot harder when people are in high states of anxiety and it feels like things are out of control.
We offer a change leadership series to rapidly develop the skills you need now to successfully guide your team through change. This series consists of structured learning, hands-on application, and coaching on the topics most relevant to you.
At the end of the change leadership series, leaders will:
Know how to communicate in a highly disruptive environment—to engage, inspire, and get key messages delivered consistently
Be able to recognize and address risks and reactions in a changing environment
Hold people accountable, improve team synergy, and manage change overload
2. Visioning and Story-Telling Workshop
Leaders have to stay focused on the future. This is essential even when the unanticipated and ongoing disruptions require so much time and energy. Together, leaders need to stay connected to the purpose of the organization, putting the current changes into context, and keeping people focused on the end game.
We offer an executive-level visioning and story-telling workshop. This hands-on, team focused workshop creates a shared story of the future, an understanding of the challenges and opportunities, and a framework for enrolling the organization.
At the end of this workshop, leaders will:

Be prepared to enroll their teams and engage them in a conversation
3. Resilience Programs
Leaders have to prepare their teams to thrive in spite of disruption. Production goes down and mistakes get made when people can’t make sense of what is going on. Positioning people for the future means helping them learn to recover from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of adversity and challenge.
We offer a resilience program to rapidly raise the threshold to absorb change. This program consists of small-group webinars to provide skills to better manage personal disruption. The webinars are designed to provide education, allow conversation, develop resilience strategies, and apply the skills in a hands-on environment.
To deepen the skills and learning, we offer a follow on to the resilience program. Our Resilience-in-Action program is designed to bring a group of people together to discuss a specific challenge being faced in the current environment. These can be personal or professional disruptions and challenges. Through facilitated discussions, participants learn how to work through the challenge and deepen their ability to support others through challenges.
