Fergal Kearns

Fergal Kearns founded Crossing Point Consulting in 2006. Prior to that, Fergal garnered over a decade of global transformation experience with Fortune 500 companies in Europe and the Americas with VISION Consulting, a New York headquartered consulting company. Some of his clients included Citibank, Cigna Insurance, Prudential Insurance, Citicards, Deutsche Bank, Asea Brown Boveri, Warner Music Group, and DaimlerChrysler.

Prior to relaunching Crossing Point, Fergal served as Vice President for Global Business Change at Elavon, the merchant acquiring division of U.S. Bancorp. Fergal had responsibility for identifying, designing, and mobilizing strategic changes for Elavon’s business in North America, Europe, Mexico, and Brazil.

As an external and internal consultant, Fergal has successfully conceived, designed, and executed dozens of large-scale change events, employing change management, continuous improvement, post-merger integration, business process re-design, large system implementations (Salesforce), open innovation, and employee engagement approaches.

Fergal also is an award-winning author in the area of business process design, and holds a double-honors BA in Psychology; a Masters Degree in Information Technology and Process Design; and an MBA from Goizeuta Business School, Emory University.
