Sarah Cove
With over 10 years of experience in Commitment-based Management and Ontological Design, Sarah specializes in helping clients effectively implement strategic change within their organizations.
She has implemented large-scale change programs across a variety of industries, from utilities to oil & gas, information technology to education. Having worked for both large and small organizations, she has led change in a variety of multicultural environments in the US, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Sarah has been involved in every stage of the change implementation process, from aligning leaders around the change; to embedding new operating models, processes, and practices in the organization; to aligning cultures with the strategic direction. She focuses on achieving business results alongside lasting change, putting a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and the renewed engagement of company teams.
Prior to her career in consulting, she was the Marketing Manager for an educational technology company in San Francisco, CA. In this role, Sarah was directly involved in the evolution of the start-up: learning from customers, developing new products and services, and building a global community of educators.
She currently serves as Chairwoman of the Board for Capital IDEA Houston, a non-profit focused on lifting working adults out of poverty and into living wage careers through education. Previously, she was the Co-Chair of GridNEXT, an energy-industry conference focused on how renewable technologies in Texas are transforming the grid of the future.
Sarah holds a BA from Harvard University in Environmental Science and Public Policy and lives in Houston, Texas.
